How Am I
Being Singaporean means being genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of the people in our lives. Consider this – we ask family members, friends and even people we’ve just met, “How are you?” But when’s the last time we asked ourselves, “How am I?”
“How Am I?” is an initiative to encourage us to self-assess our personal wellbeing in a fun way, and provide resources and information to help us change for the better – at our own pace. And most importantly, to get the ball rolling to ask a question we really should be asking more.
