1 Orange Juice

1 Lemon Juice

3 tbsp MAGGI Less Salt Tomato Sauce

2 tbsp MAGGI Less Salt Chilli Sauce
|
2 tbsp Orange Syrup or Honey
|
Salad
1 large Tomato, seeded and diced
|
1 large Mango, diced
|
200g Spring salad mix
|
300g Prawns, boiled and peeled
|
Garnish
Method

Whisk orange and lemon juice with MAGGI Tomato Sauce, MAGGI Chilli Sauce and orange syrup. |

Mix tomato and mango together. Arrange spring salad mix into serving plates. |
3. |
Arrange prawns on top of salad. Spoon mango salsa over and drizzle with dressing. Garnish each plate with some watercress. |
