Prawn and Mango Salad with Citrus Dressing

Prawn Salad with Citrus Dressing And Fresh Mango Salsa
Preparation Time 25 minutes Servings 4 persons


1 Orange Juice
1 Lemon Juice
3 tbsp MAGGI Less Salt Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp MAGGI Less Salt Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Orange Syrup or Honey

1 large Tomato, seeded and diced
1 large Mango, diced
200g Spring salad mix
300g Prawns, boiled and peeled

30g Watercress leaves


1. Whisk orange and lemon juice with MAGGI Tomato Sauce, MAGGI Chilli Sauce and orange syrup.
2. Mix tomato and mango together. Arrange spring salad mix into serving plates.
3. Arrange prawns on top of salad. Spoon mango salsa over and drizzle with dressing. Garnish each plate with some watercress.
