Ingredients
500g Lean Beef (cut into chunk)

150g Potatoes (cut into cubes)

100g Carrot (cut into cubes)

100g Celery (sliced)
|
1 large Onion (chopped)
|
2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
|
2 Bay Leaves
|
2 tbsp Olive Oil
|
500ml Water
|
2 tbsp Plain Flour (Lightly brown in a non-stick pan with low heat, add 1 tbsp water before using)
|
Seasoning Sauce
1½ tbsp MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning
|
½ tsp Pepper Powder
|
1 cube Ikan Billis Stock Cube

Method

Heat Olive Oil in Pan, sauté garlic and onion till fragrant. Add in celery, beef and bay leaves, stir-fry well, add in water. |

Boil till beef nearly cooked, add in potatoes and carrot, continues to boil till beef is tender, stir in the plain flour for thickening. |

Season with MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning and pepper powder before serving. |
