Garden Salad
Preparation Time 25 mins Servings 4-5 persons


  • 200g Cucumber (peel and cut into strips)
  • 150g Celery (cut into thin slices)
  • 150g Capsicum (red, yellow and green, cut into strips)
  • 120g Lettuce (wash and drain)
  • 120g Cherry Tomato
  • 50g Sunflower Seeds
  • 50g Walnuts
  • 20g Raisins
  • Dressing

  • 3 tbsp MAGGI Less Salt Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tbsp MAGGI Less Salt Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 120ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • Method

    1. Arrange cucumber, celery, capsicum, lettuce and cherry tomato in a large serving plate. Place in chiller for 20 mins.
    2. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, walnuts and raisins.
    3. Add the dressing to the salad, toss and mix well before serving.
