Ingredients

200g Cucumber (peel and cut into strips)

150g Celery (cut into thin slices)
|
|
150g Capsicum (red, yellow and green, cut into strips)
|
|
120g Lettuce (wash and drain)
|
|
120g Cherry Tomato
|
|
50g Sunflower Seeds
|
|
50g Walnuts
|
|
20g Raisins
|
Dressing
|
3 tbsp MAGGI Less Salt Tomato Sauce
|
|
3 tbsp MAGGI Less Salt Chilli Sauce
|
|
2 tbsp Olive Oil
|
|
120ml Apple Cider Vinegar
|
|
2 tsp Honey
|
Method

Arrange cucumber, celery, capsicum, lettuce and cherry tomato in a large serving plate. Place in chiller for 20 mins. |

Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, walnuts and raisins. |

Add the dressing to the salad, toss and mix well before serving. |
