Milk Pancake

Ingredients
| 125g Self Raising Flour |
| 20g Sugar |
| ½ tsp Baking Powder (to be dissolved in water) |
| 31g NESTLÉ OMEGA PLUS ACTICOL Milk Powder |
| 225ml Water |
| 1 Egg |
| 3 tbsp Oil for frying |
| Fruits for topping (optional) |
Method
| 1. | Mix the milk powder with 225ml of water. |
| 2. | Sift flour into large bowl and stir in sugar. Whisk in combined milk, eggs and baking powder. |
| 3. | Heat and grease non-stick frying pan with oil. Pour in some batter into pan, allowing room for spreading. |
| 4. | Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Turn pancakes and cook until browned. |
| 5. | Remove from pan and cool pancakes. |
| 6. | Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with fruits. |
