Ingredients
15 pcs Dried Black Mushroom (washed and soaked)

200gm Fresh Fish Paste

200gm Broccoli (cut into large florets and blanched)
|
2 tbsp Frozen Mixed Vegetables
|
1 Red Chilli (chopped)
|
Seasoning (Blend together)
1 tbsp MAGGI HCS Less Salt Ikan Bilis Stock Granules
|
1 tsp Sesame Oil
|
½ tbsp Cornflour
|
¼ tbsp White Pepper Powder
|
150ml Water
|
Method
1. |
Combine fish paste with mixed vegetables and chilli. Set aside for later use. |

Rub a little cornflour onto each mushroom and stuff with an adequate amount of paste mixture. |

Steam stuffed mushrooms over high heat for 10 minutes or until paste mixture is cooked. |
4. |
In a sauce pan, pour in the blended seasoning, simmer until sauce thickens. |
5. |
Pour sauce over steamed mushrooms and garnish with blanched broccoli. |
