Oriental Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 15 pcs Dried Black Mushroom (washed and soaked)
  • 200gm Fresh Fish Paste
  • 200gm Broccoli (cut into large florets and blanched)
  • 2 tbsp Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Red Chilli (chopped)
  • Seasoning (Blend together)

  • 1 tbsp MAGGI HCS Less Salt Ikan Bilis Stock Granules
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ½ tbsp Cornflour
  • ¼ tbsp White Pepper Powder
  • 150ml Water
  • Method

    1. Combine fish paste with mixed vegetables and chilli. Set aside for later use.
    2. Rub a little cornflour onto each mushroom and stuff with an adequate amount of paste mixture.
    3. Steam stuffed mushrooms over high heat for 10 minutes or until paste mixture is cooked.
    4. In a sauce pan, pour in the blended seasoning, simmer until sauce thickens.
    5. Pour sauce over steamed mushrooms and garnish with blanched broccoli.
