Mycotoxins

Multi-mycotoxin (15 compounds)**

Simultaneous determination of 15 mycotoxins in foods by LC-MSMS making use of stable-isotope corrections (Ochratoxin A (OTA); Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 and M1 (AFLAs); Zearalenone (ZEN); Fumonisins B1 and B2 (FBs); T-2 and HT-2 toxins; Nivalenol (NIV); Deoxynivalenol (DON); and 3- and 15-Acetyldeoxynivalenol (quantified as a sum) (3- and 15-AcDON)). The method has been validated for multiple raw materials and finished products at the lowest regulated levels.

Aflatoxin M1 (in Milk)M1 in milk

Determination of Aflatoxin M1 using UHPLC-UV. Matrices covered are different milk based products (e.g. liquid or powder, skimmed, low fat, raw or heat treated milk). This method corresponds to the International Standard ISO 14501:2007.

Patulin

Determination of Patulin in apple and pear based-products, flakes, puree and cereals by LC-MS/MS. The extraction method is based on the QuEChERS procedure originally developed for pesticides in foods.

**Matrix-compounds combination are matrix dependent.
