Ingredients

31g NESTLÉ OMEGA PLUS ACTICOL Milk Powder
225ml Water
150ml Lowfat Plain Yoghurt
150g Mango, cut into cubes
1 tbsp Honey
Ice Cubes (optional)

Method

1. Mix the milk powder with 225ml of water.
2. In a blender, combine the milk, yoghurt, mango and honey until well mixed.
3. Add ice cubes as needed.
