Submit your application through our online portal and complete a series of online assessment. Shortlisted candidates will then be assessed at our assessment centre. Successful candidates will be invited to a panel interview with our business unit leader.
The Nestlé Internship Leap Program (NILP) will start from mid-May to August of the year.
It is a 12-week programme where interns will be given real life business projects to work on during this period. Interns could be assigned to various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Procurement and Legal. We also offer internship programmes at other Nestlé sites including Jurong Factory and Research & Development Centre (R&D).
Undergraduate students with academic results on track to a min of Second Upper Honors or Cum Laude (Distinction) or equivalent are eligible to apply for the programme.
If students are unable to attend the stipulated time period of NILP, they may still apply and indicate their available start and end dates.
