Ingredients
1 bottle YANG SHENG LE Lingzhi Concentrated Herbal Soup

1 sachet Wolfberries
|
1 litre Water
|
400g Frog (skinned and cut into pieces) or Chicken breast meat.
|
30g White fungus (soaked and washed)
|
Method

Bring to boil 1 litre of water, add in YANG SHENG LE Concentrated Herbal Soup and wolfberries. Stir well. |

Add in white fungus boil for 10 minutes. |

Toss in frog/chicken till boiling point, simmer for 15 minutes on low heat till frog is tender. Serve hot. |

In a sauce pan, pour in the blended seasoning, simmer until sauce thickens. |
5. |
Pour sauce over steamed mushrooms and garnish with blanched broccoli. |
