Stir-Fried Towel Gourd with Eggs

Ingredients

  • 500g Towel gourd (peeled and finely sliced)
  • 150g Minced Meat
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 50ml Water
  • Marinade

  • 2 tsp MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ¼ tsp White Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour
  • Seasoning

  • 1 ½ cubes MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock Cube (crushed)
  • Method

    1. Marinade minced meat with marinade ingredients.
    2. Heat oil and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add in towel gourd and stir-fry for 2 minutes. .
    3. Add in minced meat, water and MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock Cube. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir in beaten egg. Continue stirring till cooked.
