Ingredients
500g Towel gourd (peeled and finely sliced)

150g Minced Meat

3 Eggs
|
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
|
2 tbsp Canola Oil
|
50ml Water
|
Marinade
2 tsp MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning
|
1 tsp Sesame Oil
|
¼ tsp White Ground Pepper
|
1 tsp Corn Flour
|
Seasoning
1 ½ cubes MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock Cube (crushed)

Method

Marinade minced meat with marinade ingredients. |

Heat oil and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add in towel gourd and stir-fry for 2 minutes. . |

Add in minced meat, water and MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock Cube. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir in beaten egg. Continue stirring till cooked. |
