Ingredients
8 Dried Oysters washed and soak with 100ml hot water

200g Fresh Chinese Yam (Wai San), peeled and cut into chunks

100g Carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
|
4 Chicken thigh, skinned, cut into chunks and blanched
|
5 Red dates
|
3g Wolfberry fruits
|
1.2L Water
|
Seasoning
1 ½ tbsp MAGGI Chef’s Master Stock (Healthier Choice)
|
Garnishing
1 Stalk Coriander leaves, cut into sections
|
Method
1. |
Bring water to boil, add in MAGGI Chef's Master Stock (Healthier Choice), and stir evenly. |

Add in all ingredients and boil for 30 mins till ingredients are tender. |

Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot. |
