Chicken Fish Maw Soup Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 bottle YANG SHENG LE Cordyceps Concentrated Herbal Soup |
| 1 sachet Wolfberries |
| 1 litre Water |
| 350g Chicken breast meat (skinned and cut into pieces) |
| 100g Sea cucumber (soaked and cut into pieces) |
| 50g Fish maw (soaked and cut into pieces) |
| 5 Dried mushrooms (soaked) |
Garnishing
| 1 stalk Coriander leaves (cut into sections) |
Method
| 1. | Bring to boil 1 litre of water. Add in YANG SHENG LE Cordyceps Concentrated Herbal Soup and wolfberries, stir well. |
| 2. | Add in fish maw, sea cucumber and dried mushrooms. Boil for 10 minutes. |
| 3. | Toss in chicken till boiling point. Simmer for 20 minutes with low heat till chicken is tender. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving. |
