Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 300g Oyster mushrooms (sliced)
  • 100g Carrot, shredded
  • 3 tbsp Canola oil
  • 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Seasoning

  • 1½ cube MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock Cube (crushed)
  • Granishing

  • 1 stalk Spring onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Fried sesame seeds
  • Method

    1. Heat oil, add in chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.
    2. Add shredded carrot and stir fry for 1 min.
    3. Add oyster mushrooms and stir fry for another 5 mins with a sprinkle of water.
    4. Lastly, add MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock and continue to stir-fry till cooked.
    5. To garnish, add spring onions and fried sesame seeds.
