Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms

Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms
Preparation Time 20 minutes Servings 4 persons


300g Oyster mushrooms (sliced)
100g Carrot, shredded
3 tbsp Canola oil
2 tsp Chopped garlic
3 tbsp Water


1½ cube MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock Cube (crushed)


1 stalk Spring onion (chopped)
1 tsp Fried sesame seeds


1. Heat oil, add in chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.
2. Add shredded carrot and stir fry for 1 min.
3. Add oyster mushrooms and stir fry for another 5 mins with a sprinkle of water.
4. Lastly, add MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock and continue to stir-fry till cooked.
5. To garnish, add spring onions and fried sesame seeds.
