Ingredients
300g Oyster mushrooms (sliced)

100g Carrot, shredded
|
3 tbsp Canola oil
|
2 tsp Chopped garlic
|
3 tbsp Water
|
Seasoning
1½ cube MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock Cube (crushed)
|
Granishing
1 stalk Spring onion (chopped)
|
1 tsp Fried sesame seeds
|
Method

Heat oil, add in chopped garlic and fry till fragrant. |

Add shredded carrot and stir fry for 1 min. |

Add oyster mushrooms and stir fry for another 5 mins with a sprinkle of water. |

Lastly, add MAGGI HCS Less Salt Chicken Stock and continue to stir-fry till cooked. |

To garnish, add spring onions and fried sesame seeds. |
