Ingredients
1 bottle YANG SHENG LE American Ginseng Concentrated Herbal Soup

1 sachet Wolfberries
|
1 litre Water
|
500g Grouper slices
|
200g Wolfberry leaves (use only leaves, washed and drained)
|
100g Enoki mushrooms (remove roots and cut into sections)

Method
1. |
Bring 1 litre of water to boil. Add in YANG SHENG LE American Ginseng Concentrated Herbal Soup and wolfberries, stir well. |

Add in grouper slices and boil for 1 minute. |
3. |
Add in enoki mushrooms and wolfberries leaves. Boil for another minute. Serve hot. |
