Nourishing Baked Chicken

Ingredients
1 bottle YANG SHENG LE Cordyceps Concentrated Herbal Soup |
1 sachet Wolfberries (3g) (soaked and drained) |
800g Chicken Thigh Meat (skinned and deboned) |
1 tbsp Sesame Oil |
1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine (optional) |
1 tbsp Old ginger (sliced thinly) |
16 pieces Grease proof paper (14 cm x 14 cm each) |
Garnishing
2 stalks Spring Onion (cut into sections) |
Method
1. | Marinate chicken with YANG SHENG LE Cordyceps Concentrated Herbal Soup, wolfberries, sesame oil and Chinese cooking wine for 20 minutes. |
2. | Place a piece of chicken in the centre of a piece of grease proof paper. Top with a few ginger slices, wrap it into a parcel and fold in the edges. |
3. | Heat oven at 160°C and bake until chicken pieces are cooked (about 8 minutes). Garnish with spring onion before serving. |
