1 bottle YANG SHENG LE American Ginseng Concentrated Herbal Soup
1 sachet Wolfberries (3g) (soaked)
250g "Bai Ling" Mushrooms (sliced)
150g Honshimeji Mushrooms (remove roots)
200g Sweet Peas (peeled and blanched)
1 clove Garlic (sliced)
1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine (optional)
2 tbsp Sunflower Seed Oil
1½ tbsp Cornflour (mixed with 1 tbsp water)
150ml Water
Method
1.
Heat oil, add garlic slices and stir-fry till fragrant.

Add in "Bai Ling" mushrooms and stir-fry for a minute. Sprinkle with some water, add in Honshimeji mushrooms and sweet peas, stir-fry well for another 2 minutes.

Add in YANG SHENG LE American Ginseng Concentrated Herbal Soup, wolfberries and water, stir-fry briefly. Stir in cornflour mixture till sauce becomes thickens.
