Fried Rice with Whitebait

4 bowls Cooked Rice
3 Egg Yolks
3 pcs Dried Scallops (soaked and shredded)
120g Whitebait
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
2 ½ tbsp Canola Oil


½ tbsp MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning
¼ tsp White Pepper Powder


1 stalk Spring Onion (chopped)


1. Combine egg yolk and cooked rice together. Mix well.
2. Heat oil and stir-fry garlic till fragrant. Add in whitebait and dried scallops and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add in cooked rice and stir fry rice till moisture from the egg yolk is absorbed. Season with MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning. Garnish with spring onion before serving.
