Combine egg yolk and cooked rice together. Mix well.

Heat oil and stir-fry garlic till fragrant. Add in whitebait and dried scallops and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add in cooked rice and stir fry rice till moisture from the egg yolk is absorbed. Season with MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning. Garnish with spring onion before serving.
