It recently came to our attention that a specific type of 100g glass jar of the Alta Rica, Alta Rica Decaff, Cap Colombie, Suraya and Espresso soluble coffee range – specialty varieties of Nescafé – could break during the delivery process to our customers and could therefore contain small pieces of glass. However Nestlé Singapore markets only Alta Rica and Cap Colombie varieties of these specialty coffee.
The quality and safety of our products are non-negotiable priorities for our Company. Consequently, as a precautionary measure, we have decided to recall this specialty range. Only products in this specific jar format are affected. We will be changing the packaging format before we reintroduce this coffee range to the market. We sincerely apologise to our consumers and customers for any inconvenience.
