MILO Easy Cool won the Best Product Award for 2011-2013.
Through consumer insights, we learnt that many consumers enjoy a cold glass of MILO, especially on a hot afternoon. However, many of them find it too troublesome to prepare. Hence, Nestlé Singapore’s R&D centre came up with a new product to better address consumer needs.
MILO Easy Cool has the same great taste and nutritious benefits of MILO, but is able to dissolve in cold water! This makes it very easy and convenient for consumers to prepare iced MILO, without real ice diluting its taste.
Applicants were judged based on the following criteria: Consumer Benefits, Innovative Content, Nutritional Value / Health Considerations, Market Potential, Packaging, Sensory Appeal, Consumer Appeal, and Overall Acceptability.
