A) Cheesecake Base
|250g Oreo cookies|
|100g Melted butter|
1. Crush the oreo cookies into small pieces with a rolling pin.
2. Melt the butter in microwave oven.
3. Combine crush cookies and butter and press into a flat layer in an 8cm ring.
B) MILO Cheesecake Filling
|500g Cream cheese|
|3 tsp Gelatin powder|
|3 pcs Gelatin sheet (soak in ice water for 10 minutes to bloom)|
|1 tbsp Lemon juice|
|250g Soft peak whipped cream|
|70g MILO powder|
|1.||Beat the sugar with cream cheese till the mixture is smooth.|
|2.||Fold in the whipped cream and lemon juice.|
|3.||Melt the gelatin powder and gelatin sheets in the microwave oven.|
|4.||Warm some cream cheese mixture and mix well with the melted gelatin. Combine with the remaining cream cheese mixture.|
|5.||Separate the cream cheese mixture into 2 equal portions, keeping one portion plain.|
|6.||Mix one portion with MILO powder.|
|7.||Fill cookie base with a layer of plain cream cheese mixture.|
|8.||Sieve a thin layer of MILO powder over the cream cheese layer.|
|9.||Complete the top layer with the MILO cream cheese filling.|
|10.||Freeze for 6 hours before serving.|
