Soothing Lingzhi Soup

  • 1 bottle YANG SHENG LE Lingzhi Concentrated Herbal Soup
  • 1 sachet Wolfberries
  • 1 litre Water
  • 400g Frog (skinned and cut into pieces) or Chicken breast meat.
  • 30g White fungus (soaked and washed)
  • Method

    1. Bring to boil 1 litre of water, add in YANG SHENG LE Concentrated Herbal Soup and wolfberries. Stir well.
    2. Add in white fungus boil for 10 minutes.
    3. Toss in frog/chicken till boiling point, simmer for 15 minutes on low heat till frog is tender. Serve hot.
    4. In a sauce pan, pour in the blended seasoning, simmer until sauce thickens.
    5. Pour sauce over steamed mushrooms and garnish with blanched broccoli.
