Milk Pancake

Ingredients

  • 125g Self Raising Flour
  • 20g Sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder (to be dissolved in water)
  • 31g NESTLÉ OMEGA PLUS ACTICOL Milk Powder
  • 225ml Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Oil for frying
  • Fruits for topping (optional)
  • Method

    1. Mix the milk powder with 225ml of water.
    2. Sift flour into large bowl and stir in sugar. Whisk in combined milk, eggs and baking powder.
    3. Heat and grease non-stick frying pan with oil. Pour in some batter into pan, allowing room for spreading.
    4. Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Turn pancakes and cook until browned.
    5. Remove from pan and cool pancakes.
    6. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with fruits.
