Ingredients

  • 31g NESTLÉ OMEGA PLUS ACTICOL Milk Powder
  • 225ml Water
  • 150ml Lowfat Plain Yoghurt
  • 150g Mango, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Ice Cubes (optional)
  • Method

    1. Mix the milk powder with 225ml of water.
    2. In a blender, combine the milk, yoghurt, mango and honey until well mixed.
    3. Add ice cubes as needed.
