Ingredients

  • 93g NESTLÉ OMEGA PLUS ACTICOL Milk Powder
  • 1000ml Water
  • 12g Agar-Agar Powder
  • 30g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 250g Fruit Cocktail, drained
  • Method

    1. Mix milk powder with 675ml of water.
    2. Dissolve agar-agar powder in remaining water. Add in sugar and vanilla essence. Bring to boil.
    3. Slowly stir in milk powder and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
    4. Arrange fruits into mould.
    5. Sieve mixture and pour into mould to set. Chill before serving.
