This Contest is organised by Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd [“the Organizer”] and is open to all Singapore residents and permanent residents of Singapore, except employees and immediate families of Nestlé Singapore Pte Ltd, our advertising agencies, participating supermarkets and hypermarkets, convenience stores and sundry outlets. |

You may print and submit as many entries as you like. Each entry must be attached with a single receipt of any purchase of NESCAFE® 3in1 and/or NESCAFE® cans. |

Illegible and /or incomplete entry forms or entry forms without the requisite Proof of Purchase will be disqualified automatically. |

The Contest ends on 31 March 2009. All entry forms must be mailed to Nestlé office and received by 12pm on 31 March 2009. |

The Draw will be held at Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd on 1 April 2009. |

Each participant and/or household is entitled to only one prize and all winners will be notified by post. |

Prizes not claimed within 3 days from date of notification will be donated to charity. |

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. |

Nestlé reserves the right to change the prize and/or the terms and conditions of this promotion at its discretion without prior notice or liability to you. All decisions made by Nestlé in respect of this promotion or in the event of any dispute are final and no correspondence will be entertained. |

All entry forms received shall become the property of the Organiser and the Organiser reserve the right to use the names and/or photographs of the winner(s) as materials for the purposes of advertising and publicity. The winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials. |
