Revitalizing Sliced Fish Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle YANG SHENG LE American Ginseng Concentrated Herbal Soup
  • 1 sachet Wolfberries
  • 1 litre Water
  • 500g Grouper slices
  • 200g Wolfberry leaves (use only leaves, washed and drained)
  • 100g Enoki mushrooms (remove roots and cut into sections)
  • Method

    1. Bring 1 litre of water to boil. Add in YANG SHENG LE American Ginseng Concentrated Herbal Soup and wolfberries, stir well.
    2. Add in grouper slices and boil for 1 minute.
    3. Add in enoki mushrooms and wolfberries leaves. Boil for another minute. Serve hot.
