Nourishing Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle YANG SHENG LE Cordyceps Concentrated Herbal Soup
  • 1 sachet Wolfberries (3g) (soaked and drained)
  • 800g Chicken Thigh Meat (skinned and deboned)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Old ginger (sliced thinly)
  • 16 pieces Grease proof paper (14 cm x 14 cm each)
  • Garnishing

  • 2 stalks Spring Onion (cut into sections)
  • Method

    1. Marinate chicken with YANG SHENG LE Cordyceps Concentrated Herbal Soup, wolfberries, sesame oil and Chinese cooking wine for 20 minutes.
    2. Place a piece of chicken in the centre of a piece of grease proof paper. Top with a few ginger slices, wrap it into a parcel and fold in the edges.
    3. Heat oven at 160°C and bake until chicken pieces are cooked (about 8 minutes). Garnish with spring onion before serving.
