Fried Rice with Whitebait

Ingredients

  • 4 bowls Cooked Rice
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 3 pcs Dried Scallops (soaked and shredded)
  • 120g Whitebait
  • 1 clove Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 ½ tbsp Canola Oil
  • Seasoning

  • ½ tbsp MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
  • Garnishing

  • 1 stalk Spring Onion (chopped)
  • Method

    1. Combine egg yolk and cooked rice together. Mix well.
    2. Heat oil and stir-fry garlic till fragrant. Add in whitebait and dried scallops and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    3. Add in cooked rice and stir fry rice till moisture from the egg yolk is absorbed. Season with MAGGI No Added MSG Seasoning. Garnish with spring onion before serving.
