Dried Oyster with Chinese Yam Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 Dried Oysters washed and soak with 100ml hot water
  • 200g Fresh Chinese Yam (Wai San), peeled and cut into chunks
  • 100g Carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 Chicken thigh, skinned, cut into chunks and blanched
  • 5 Red dates
  • 3g Wolfberry fruits
  • 1.2L Water
  • Seasoning

  • 1 ½ tbsp MAGGI Chef’s Master Stock (Healthier Choice)
  • Garnishing

  • 1 Stalk Coriander leaves, cut into sections
  • Method

    1. Bring water to boil, add in MAGGI Chef's Master Stock (Healthier Choice), and stir evenly.
    2. Add in all ingredients and boil for 30 mins till ingredients are tender.
    3. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
