In efforts to inculcate healthy lifestyle choices among Singaporeans, Nestlé Singapore has taken a multi-pronged approach.
Providing healthier food options for Singaporeans
Starting with MAGGI®, it has developed a range of recipe mixes bearing the Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) endorsed by the Health Promotion Board (HPB).
The HCS program aims at providing the public with healthier food options in each food category. Hence only food products meeting the nutritional standards set by the HPB carry the symbol. MAGGI® specially formulated low salt, cholesterol-free and no added MSG recipe mixes provide a healthier version of traditional favourites - living up to the Nestlé promise of Good Food, Good Life.

Keeping Singapore ‘heart’ healthy
On the healthy heart scene, the support by NESTLÉ Omega Plus™ is ongoing. Its participation in the Heart Carnival in conjunction with National Heart Week 2002 involved sponsoring the 'Live Life with all your Heart' Radio Finale Roadshow which successfully increased traffic at the event.
Activities focused on raising public awareness on major heart related issues such as obesity, exercise and nutrition.
