Mix milk powder with 675ml of water. |

Dissolve agar-agar powder in remaining water. Add in sugar and vanilla essence. Bring to boil. |

Slowly stir in milk powder and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. |

Arrange fruits into mould. |

Sieve mixture and pour into mould to set. Chill before serving. |
