Nourishing Pan-Fried Codfish

Ingredients
500g Cod fillet (cut into chunks)
10g Mature ginger (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (optional)
2 tbsp Cornflour (mixed with 3 tbsp water)
60ml Carnation low fat evaporated milk
3 tbsp Sunflower seeds oil
Creamy Herbal Sauce
1 bottle YANG SHENG LE Cordyceps Concentrated Herbal Soup
1 sachet Wolfberries (soaked)
300ml Boiling water
8 pcs Red dates (soaked)
Garnishing
12 stalk Chinese mustard stalk (blanched)
Method
1.
Heat oil in pan, fry ginger till fragrant. Pan fry cod fillet till lightly golden brown on both sides. Set aside for later use.

Add all ingredients for creamy herbal sauce into a sauce pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Stir in Carnation low fat evaporated milk. Bring to boil and set aside.
3.
Transfer cod fillet into a serving plate. Pour creamy herbal sauce over the cod fillet. Before serving, garnish with Chinese mustard stalk and fried ginger.
